Sylvia est depuis peu la maitresse de Terry Lambert, un employé de son époux. Elle est témoin, depuis l’appartement de son amant, d’une agression sur une voisine. Durant la même soirée, un meurtre et un viol sont commis. Henderson, un suspect est arrêté. Terry Lambert décide d’apporter son témoignage, a la place de sa maitresse, pour ne pas compromettre cette dernière.[1]
