Marion, photographe d’origine française, vit à New York avec Jack, architecte d’intérieur. Pour donner un nouveau souffle à leur relation, ils partent en voyage à Venise - mais leur séjour est gâché lorsque Jack attrape une gastro-entérite… Ils décident alors de se rendre à Paris où Marion a toujours des attaches.[1]
